For one flat price across your whole order you can have your candles place in a lovely gift box and gift sets and reed diffusers wrapped. All are wrapped with a gift tag with your own message.

Lucinda Jane uses Evri and Royal Mail for all their shipping unless we believe it is in the best interest of our customers to use another service. 

We use Royal Mail for all our next day deliveries, and Evri for all of our standard deliveries and at times local deliveries.

At the moment we only deliver to the United Kingdom.

Please allow 10 working days before making a claim for a missing parcel, this is due to Royal Mail policy, which only allows for us to make a claim on these deliveries after this timeframe.
